The AFA - Advanced Fluorescence Acquisition module is for designed research microscopists who need to automate and manage complex acquisition setup parameters, user feedback display, and subsequent sorting into sets for analysis. It allows researchers to manage all combinations of image acquisition modes and image sets including time, channel (wavelength), focus (z-stack) and stage position.
AFA uses the microscope and peripheral control capabilities of Scope-Pro to configure the system for each image captured in the series. The acquisition parameters may be saved to disk or in a database, recalled, reported, or accessed via macro programming.
- Expose More Information – Expose a vast amount of information through the collection of 6D and 7D image sets within a single experiment.
- Automate Complex Acquisition Modes - Easily manage sophisticated routines for controlling microscopes and peripheral devices such as filter wheels, shutters, automated stages, and cameras.
- Efficiently Manage Multiple Image Sets – Use the Set Manager to organize, extract, and display multiple image sets.
