Equipped with the A1312 and A1312IE CMOS image sensors, this board level camera series BL1-D1312 (IE)-G2 is appropriate for easier integration into tailored customer applications, especially where space or weight is a limiting factor, but where all the features and technical data are identical to the standard cameras except for the mechanical dimensions. The footprint of these cameras is as small as 46 mm x 46 mm while the depth varies depending on the product type and chosen interface.

This series was derived from the MV1-D1312(IE)-G2 camera series and is 100% compatible with the feature set of the standard series, the only differences being in the mechanical construction of the camera case. These Photonfocus CMOS sensors with a full well capacity (FWC) of 90 ke- are optimized for high dynamic range applications and a high signal-to-noise ratio (SNR)and have a GigE interface. Three camera models with different speed grades are available. Cameras woth an A1312 (IE) sensor are available on request.

Focusing on demanding applications in industrial image processing, the cameras offer a wide dynamic range and a high frame rate combined with high resolution. Their global shutter means that even high-speed applications, with exposure times in the µs-area, are possible.
