The TMC-4200CL is a compact, CCD camera with 4.2 Megapixel resolution
offering outstanding performance for industrial applications. The RMC
model is identical but also complies to the ROHS hazardous substances
standards. With a dual-tap front-end, the TMC-4200CL provides 15 frames
per second at full resolution and higher frame rates with Binning and
Area Of Interest (AOI). It also features a user selectable single-tap
mode at 8 fps.
The TMC-4200CL provides 12-bit linear output. Additionally, it has a
patent-pending, built-in look-up table (LUT) and automatic dual channel
compensation which provides fast 10-bit to 8-bit pre-processing for effective
image feature enhancement. Since camera parameters can be uploaded from
a PC, settings can be changed with a delay of a few frames. The unique,
user-definable variable partial scan mode enables the user to designate
scanning to occur on any contiguous set of lines located anywhere in the
full scan area. It also features defective pixel compensation and a PIV
mode for advanced flow analysis.
The TMC-4200CL is best suited for applications that require a high precision
image with ultra-high resolution.
