The TMC-1327GE is a miniature Gigabit Ethernet colour CCD camera with SXGA resolution for demanding industrial applications. The RMC model is identical but also complies to the ROHS hazardous substances standards. The 1392 x 1040 pixel sensor is highly sensitive and capable of speeds of 30 frames per second at full resolution and higher frame rates with Partial Scan or Binning. The TMC-1327GE offers a wide dynamic range over both visible and near IR portions of the spectrum, making it well suited to applications involving widely varying light conditions, specialized targeting, or inspection of blemishes or defects not easily observed in the visible spectrum.

The GigE Vision interface standard ensures high bandwidth (1000 Mbps), uncompromised data transfer up to 100 meter cable lengths with the ability to connect to multiple computers. Additionally low cost cables, standard hardware and high scalability allow for cost effective machine vision and image processing applications. A user-friendly Graphical User Interface (GUI), provided as part of the camera's extensive Software Development Kit (SDK), allows users to control all camera functions easily. Changes to the acquisition mode of the camera automatically update the API for easy image acquisition. Special features built into the camera's software driver enables seamless data transfer and minimises computer Central Processing Unit (CPU) usage to only a few percent.

With its GigE architecture, the TMC-1327GE is ideally suited for use in a very wide variety of applications where size, performance, cost or cable length is important. The TMC-1327GE is particularly well suited for applications requiring high sensitivity in the near IR spectrum range.
