The CV-M9CL is a 3CCD colour camera with XGA resolution and high-fidelity
colour reproduction. It uses a 3CCD prism design and three progressive
scan 1/3" CCD sensors each with 10-bit or 8-bit 1024 x 768 pixels resolution.
It is capable of speeds of 30 frames per second at full resolution continuous
(free-run) mode.
The CV-M9CL features a compact RGB prism with co-site sampling, where
all 3 CCDs are aligned to each other without spatial offset resulting
in a highly accurate, hi-fidelity colour image. The camera features a
chromatic-shading reduction function and so makes selection of a suitable
C-mount lens easier. It features several advanced modes of operation including
asynchronous reset modes or continuous operation. A Camera Link interface
ensures high speed data transfer and carries camera control signals.
The CV-M9CL is suitable for a wide range of industrial applications where
colour reproduction and spatial accuracy cannot be compromised. These
include colour printing, fruit and vegetable sorting, medical, scientific
and virtually any colour web application that requires the best quality
image.
