The iDS uEye XC is an industrial camera with the same ease of use as a webcam. The XC allows users to connect the camera, focus and achieve a perfectly sharp image or video automatically.

Setting up and operating the uEye XC is easy. The camera only requires a USB cable connection. Its 13 MP Onsemi sensor (AR1335) delivers high-resolution, for detailed images and videos. With the quickly exchangeable macro lens, you can easily shorten the minimum object distance of the camera making it suitable for close-up applications, for example in medical technology.

Depending on preference, customers can choose between variants with USB3 Vision (programmable) and UVC protocol (plug&play).

In dermatology applications, the compact autofocus camera can be used to precisely detect the finest skin lesions using the macro lens.

uEye XC helps capture objects on conveyor belts e.g. barcodes on parcels or labels on luggage. The autofocus feature provides a cost-effective solution to an otherwise technically challenging application.
