The uEye UI-1540LE-M features a 1/2" CMOS monochrome sensor with 1280 x 1024 pixel resolution. It is an extremely compact camera with small plastic body and CS mount for cost sensitive applications. The UI-1540LE-M offers speeds of 25 frames per second at full resolution or up to 200+ frames per second with Subsampling and Area of Interest (AOI). The CMOS sensor is high quality, with square pixels and a rolling shutter. The housing allows the use of compact, low-cost lenses. With the optional distance adapter you can also use C-mount lenses.

With its USB 2.0 architecture, the UI-1540LE is ideally suited for use with PC, Notebook and Embedded Systems in a wide variety of applications. This model can also be used as the basis for special volume project-related OEM designs and works best where images are static.
