The uEye UI-1540RE-M is a monochrome CMOS camera with SXGA resolution for industrial applications requiring higher than standard resolution. With 1280 x 1024 pixel resolution it is capable of speeds of 25 frames per second at full resolution and up to 200+ frames per second with Subsampling or Area Of Interest (AOI).

The UI-1540RE-M features a ruggedised housing which connects with the optional available lens tubes and so conforms to protection classes IP65 and IP67. This allows the camera to be used in even the most harsh environments and locations. Additional features include a trigger input for synchronisation to external events, strobe output for flash control and digital I/O for control of local devices. It can be used with C mount lenses ready for professional use.

With its USB 2.0 architecture, the UI-1540RE-M is ideally suited for use with PC, Notebook and Embedded Systems in harsh and rugged environments. The UI-1540RE-M is best suited to static applications that require higher than standard resolution at a cost effective price in rugged environments.
