The UI-1240ME colour camera with USB 2.0 interface features a CMOS sensor from e2v in 1.3 Megapixel resolution (1280x1024 pixels).

The e2v sensor combines the features and advantages of CCD and CMOS with its extremely high sensitivity, an unrivalled level of CMOS sensor colour fidelity and the global shutter functionality that prevents motion blurring.

Its right-angle rugged metal housing has a depth of only 22 mm and can be front-mounted via six mounting holes.

The digital I/Os for trigger and flash control (opto-coupled, up to 30 V) are interfaced using a lockable Hirose connector.
