The Prosilica 2 Megapixel GX 1660/1660C is an ultra-high-resolution camera with two screw-captivated Gigabit Ethernet orts configured as a Link Aggregation
Group to provide a sustained maximum data rate of 240 MBytes per second.

Equipped with a Kodak KAI-2020 CCD, the CX 1660/1660C runs at 60 frames per second at 1600 x1200 resolution and even faster with region of interest readout. The progressive scan architecture and global electronic shutter provide excellent image quality for full-motion video and still image capture.

The Prosilica GX1660/1660C uses standard gigabit Ethernet hardware and cables operating with lengths of up to 100 metres using conventional Cat5e cables.

Available in both monochrome and colour versions, the CCD sensor provides a excellent images in 4:3 format.
