The AVT OSCAR F-810C is a compact colour CCD progressive scan camera capable of outstanding image quality under almost any condition. The OSCAR F-810C is capable of speeds of up to 3.1 frames per second at full resolution. It features the proven and easy to use FireWire (IEEE 1394a) interface for high performance imaging in demanding applications.
Normally operating at 12-bits, the OSCAR F-810C features a 16-bit High SNR mode that improves the Signal-to-Noise ratio by 24dB. This mode is invaluable for applications that operate in high intensity environments where light can be a problem. The extensive built-in image processing possibilities (image pre-processing) result in outstanding image quality, reduced retouching, less CPU load and overall higher performance. The integrated Smart Functions enable the camera to take over essential functions of a frame-grabber.
The OSCAR F-810C is ideal for demanding applications where motion or low light levels are factors such as microscopy or medical applications.
