Netsight II is a pre-packaged, robust machine vision system, consisting of a powerful processing engine with high performance hardware and flexible software interface, which is quick and easy to implement on the factory floor. Its small footprint allows for installation in tight spaces.

Netsight II is specifically built to overcome problems that end-users face when trying to implement PC/Frame-grabber solutions or smart cameras into a real-world production environment. It is armed with a high performance processor, multiple camera inputs, flexible communication and a comprehensive user interface, enabling it to tackle any inspection task. This machine vision system has the ability to view and process up to four camera images simultaneously before rendering a single pass/fail decision.

Netsight II has built-in video capture, processing and display components which are designed to work together. It accepts cameras with standard and non standard outputs and supports multiple analog, CameraLink and IEEE 1394 firewire cameras. Other key features of Netsight II include, industrial opto-isolated I/O to support triggers, strobe and process control as well as fully configurable vision software.

As an alternative to iNspect software Netsight II can be used with the powerful Sherlock point and click vision application builder. Sherlock is designed for systems integrators, is easy-to-use and is fully configurable. Machine builders can also use the Netsight II with a library of C++ functions to access the individual hardware components and to fully customie all aspects of the Netsight II. Netsight II is an ideal and complete vision solution for end users, systems integrators and OEMs.
