The Phantom VEO 710 captures images at 7Gpx/second for 7,500 fps at its full resolution of 1280 x 800. The Phantom VEO 710 is ruggedized and capable of withstanding up to 30G, as configured, or up to 100G without the internal mechanical shutter option - making it perfectly suited for reliable operation under harsh conditions.

The Phantom VEO 710 is offered with two body configurations - either L (Light) or S (Full-featured). The L style includes everything needed for software-based capture and motion analysis and suits traditional imaging applications, while the extra-featured S models include additional signal availability, on-camera controls, ruggedized connectors and compatibility with removable CFast 2.0 storage media. The S models are appropriate when high-resolution imaging is required.

Both L and S versions are available with a choice of three levels of on-board memory (18, 36 or 72 GB). Additionally, the S models come with a CFast 2.0 non-volatile memory card them to operate as remote and un-tethered cameras. Captured cines are transferred, via Gb Ethernet, from the camera's on-board RAM to the CFast card thus eliminating downtime by keeping the camera online and waiting for the next capture. Segmenting the memory up to 63 times, allows for fast, uninterrupted capture of shorter events on both L and S camera versions.
