for 3D Inspection of Large Objects
Equipped with built-in dual cameras for larger
field-of-view, the latest Gocator 2880 is designed to generate complete
scans of large, complex and irregularly-shaped objects or
textures - the sensor's large field-of-view and
measurement range accommodating a wide range of target sizes. Additionally,
the sensor's high-speed data acquisition provides full flexibility
in optimizing scanning parameters to accommodate a variety of manufacturing
and processing situations.
Simplicity of design and flexibility of use enables adopters to
reduce operational costs and maximise profitability by significantly
improving efficiencies in product validation. Configuration
and control is via web browser and no additional
controllers, amplifiers or PCs are required. Standardised
cabling and a compact 500 mm unit size simplify mounting
and system integration.
Built to thrive in tough industrial settings, the
Gocator 2880's compact, IP67-rated, durable housing
copes well in harsh or dirty conditions of the factory floor and
its small footprint makes it easy to add to existing
systems.
