Update for Sherlock 7 software

This minor update update contains a number of small improvements and bug fixes.

Also added is the capability to access multiple instances of Sherlock running on the same PC through a single front-end application allowing multiple inspections running in parallel (on different CPU cores) sharing a common operator interface.
