About the
Piranha4 4k colour Operating at incredible speeds is not the only advantage offered by the Piranha4 4K colour. It has other advanced features including subpixel spatial correction, lens and shading correction and flat field correction. Based on Teledyne DALSA's unique line scan CMOS sensor architecture, independent gain and exposure control for each colour allows the user to tune spectral responsivity. Sub-pixel spatial correction allows precise colour registration in non ideal sampling scenarios. Additionally, the camera enables the user to focus on specific areas of an image and ignore the rest and so reduce processing bandwidth and also simplify cabling. The CMOS sensor provides three native colours (RGB) with minimum spatial separation between the lines for the maximum in colour accuracy and performance at 70 kHz. |
