Firmware revision release for Guppy Pro F-032B/C

Allied Vision Technology have released revised firmware for the Guppy Pro F-032B/C

The bug affects the one-shot mode only where, currently, a single trigger leads to two images and AVT recommends that cameras be updated ONLY IF there are issues concerning that bug.

Please note that there are no changes in:
- Electronics
- Housing
- Documentation (besides release notes)
- Host SW compatibility
- Firmware feature set
