DALSA is now operating an Advanced Exchange Program for their cameras - yet another very good reason for choosing DALSA cameras. With this new advanced replacement scheme, the company will undertake to replace any camera that fails under warranty in advance of the faulty item being returned for repair. So it allows a fast and convenient way to obtain a replacement for your failed product, in some cases it can be shipped to Australia as early as the next day. This generous offer will ensure that machine vision systems will have minimum down-time due to camera failure.

It’s very easy - in the event of a camera failure a replacement camera will be shipped to you. You keep this as your own and ship your failed camera back. DALSA will then repair the failed camera and place it back into their advanced exchange inventory. Although this offer is subject to stock availability, most of DALSAs’ current technology cameras are available under the Advanced Exchange Program.

For warranty replacement products, all that is needed by DALSA is a $0 Purchase Order. For non-warranty replacement products, there is a fee that is charged for the replacement depending on the camera model. For costs on specific camera models, please contact Adept Electronic Solutions.

The cameras that have been refurbished by DALSA are placed under ‘refurbished stock’ and are available for immediate shipment. Before a camera is placed in refurbished stock, DALSA ensures that the camera has been tested to meet the highest quality standards.
