The MV3 PhotonSPECTRAL cameras by Photonfocus are high performance cameras developed for a wide variety of invisible light spectra applications. These cameras focus on applications in industrial image processing in the spectral range from 900 to 1700nm. With a global shutter, even high-speed applications with exposure times in the µs-area are possible.
MV3-D320I-T01-CL & MV3-D320I-T01-G2
The camera MV3-D320I-T01-G2 is based on the Chunghwa FPA-320x256-K
InGaAs image sensor with CMOS read out. This InGaAs sensor with a full
well capacity (FWC) of 3.5 Me- is optimized for high dynamic range applications
and a high signal-to-noise ratio (SNR). The MV3-D320I-T01-CL has
a CameraLink interface. The MV3-D320I-T01-G2 has a GigE Visioninterface.
These cameras come with comprehensive multi-ROI functionality, enabling
you to define up to 128 regions of interest.
MV3-D640I-M01-CL & MV3-D640I-M01-G2
The camera MV3-D640I-M01-CL is based on the Lynred SNAKE InGaAs image
sensors with CMOS read out. This InGaAs sensor with a full well capacity
(FWC) of 1.44 Me- is optimized for high dynamic range applications and
a high signal-to-noise ratio (SNR). The MV3-D640I-M01-CL has CameraLink
Base interface. The MV3-D640I-M01-G2 has a GigE Vision interface.
These cameras come with comprehensive multi-ROI functionality, enabling
you to define up to 256 regions of interest.
