The VA40 provides up to 4 simultaneous camera inputs (VA41 provides up to 6 simultaneous camera inputs) that allow you to inspect different views of the same part or different parts simultaneously. This integrated functionality provides a cost-effective and less complex solution than comparable smart camera implementations. Results from all camera views can be combined in the same unit without the need for extra hardware for decision making and rejection.

The VA40/41 are compatible with different camera types with unlimited resolutions which affords flexibility in design and upgrade options as your application needs change. They are fitted with hard drives for image storage and offer full connectivity via 10/100/1000 ethernet, 2x USB, 1x RS232 and digital I/O. They can be setup locally at the unit with connections for Keyboard, Mouse and Monitor or remotely via the ethernet connection.
