AMBER Lens: Consistent detail across the whole image
The AMBER lens series is designed specifically for industrial imaging applications where precision across a large area is of high importance.
The primary role of an AMBER lens is to provide image edge – to - image edge clarity for sensors with image circles ranging from 43.2 mm to 82 mm. In many industrial setups, image quality tends to degrade as you move away from the centre of the image; AMBER lenses are engineered to maintain high resolution and low distortion across the entire image field.
Core Features
Vibration-resistant design: Built for harsh factory environments where machine movement can cause optical misalignment.
V38-mount system: Uses a modular interface with three lock-screws that lock into a V groove for a secure, stable connection. This allows for easy integration of extension tubes, helical mounts, and filters.
Optimised apertures: The series offers focal-length-specific aperture control, ranging from F2.8–F22 for the 40 mm model, F4.0–F32 for the 60 mm and 80 mm models, and F5.6–F22 for the 100 mm model.
Low chromatic aberration: Ensures that colour fringing doesn't interfere with high-accuracy measurements or inspections.
