Advanced Illumination have launched the LL330 Series of Sealed High Intensity Line Lights. The LL330 Series has been built with a robust design to ensure quality performance when operating in challenging environments.

Non IP67 Line lights are prone to damage and deterioration when operating in wet and dusty environments. They require constant upkeep and failure can create needless downtime and loss of production. Advanced Illumination’s LL330 Line Light tackles this issue with a sealed design that ensures robust protection from dust and water all while maintaining optimal light output.

The LL330 offers high output intensity with a passively cooled design capable of efficiently dissipating heat, allowing these lights to output up to 1.25 million lux in continuous operation. The passive cooling system offered in the LL330 series ensures consistent performance and product longevity. This passive cooling system eliminates the need for have active cooling fans and s avoids the problems associated with dust accumulation.

The LL330 Series have different lensing options including converging and collimated lenses and are used in applications that utilize line scan imaging, so they are ideal for a wide range of industries including lumber, ceramics, stone cutting, paper, and other manufacturing segments. Applications in which airborne particles are common and can quickly infiltrate non-sealed line lights.

The LL330 Series offers exceptional scalability and users can customise the light length to their specific requirements. These line lights come in standard lengths ranging from 159.8 mm to 1059.8 mm, however, can also be easily configured in 150 mm increments for applications requiring different or longer lengths.
