Vimba 4.2 is based on a GenICam software
standard that provides transport layers to support Allied Vision
cameras with GigE Vision, USB3 Vision, IEEE 1394, and Camera Link
interface. Vimba 4.2 provides compatibility with Windows, Linux
and Linux Arm based 64-bit systems.
Vimba enables designers to instantly acquire images, control
their Allied Vision camera and connect to third-party libraries.
Vimba is a comprehensive software suite that includes drivers
for outstanding performance on Windows and linux. The Vimba Viewer
application, provides live images and the ability to explore camera
features without programming. Moreover, camera settings can be
saved for quick access and use through the Vimba API. Vimba 4.2
also includes an Image Transform Library which allows for the
output of several pixel formats.
