The BOA200 smart camera delivers over four times the processing performance of the standard BOA camera and is noticeably more responsive. Powered by a 1.2 GHz dual-core processor the BOA200 is mechanically and electrically compatible with other BOA models, but offers a better solution for applications that use higher resolution or need faster inspection times. This version of the smart camera also provides additional memory for both program execution and solution storage.

With an emphasis on versatility and flexibility, the BOA200 vision system is offered in three software-defined models, in a range of resolutions for both monochrome and colour applications and with three performance options. (See below). All three software packages include a comprehensive suite of tools and capabilities as well as support for standard factory protocols such as Ethernet/IP, Modbus and ProfiNet.

Aimed at increasing productivity, this easy-to-use and inexpensive vision system is built with the best in engineering design and manufacturing expertise, and offers scalable vision solutions to satisfy a wide range of application needs from positioning robotic handlers to complete assembly verifications.
