Hello [firstname, fallback=customer]
This month in Machine Vision:
Welcome to this edition of the Vision Technology News presented by Adept Electronic Solutions Pty Ltd - The Machine Vision and Imaging Specialists. Capturing defects at a critical stage of manufacturing of solar
cells has been made easier through Dalsa’s entry into the solar
cell inspection process. Their 25 years of experience has resulted
in the development of additional functionality in their cameras that
meets the high-quality demands of this industry. CameraLink
cables twice as long
Components Express Inc. announce the release of their latest machine vision cable products. Made to CEI's usual exacting standards, these cables will provide twice the standard length as well as flexibility resulting in increased efficiencies in your vision design process...[more]
The latest version of Dalsa's Sapera Essentials machine vision software
package includes a colour tool which offers improved colour capability
across four main categories. This added functionality, along with
several other additions, makes Sapera Essentials an attractive and
useful inclusion to your machine vision toolkit... For its uEye® LE range of USB cameras, IDS now also provides
a GenICam interface. This generic interface allows for increased flexibility
in camera integration. In combination with the excellent price-performance
ratio of the LE series... Alongside the inclusion of a new camera driver, IDS have further
advanced and enriched the functionality of their SDK software. Following
their traditional policy of providing user-friendly products, their
current release offers a comprehensive software solution to your machine
vision applications. Their adaptable and user-friendly package comes
with a series of demos designed to test the camera's in-situ performance
before being customised to suit your particular needs... A nearly-geometric growth in the data requirements for many machine vision applications is pushing 32-bit processing to its limits. The challenge is not in processing power, however, but in addressing memory buffers as systems fill them with ever-increasing volumes of data. Moving vision systems to 64-bit operation can solve the data challenge... Each month in Machine Vision Technology News we offer our readers the first opportunity to purchase products with special discounts. The products on offer will be ex-demo or stock clearance items. They will be offered for a period of one week to our newsletter readers before being offered on our web site. Discount Offer for Adept Newsletter Readers
