Featuring a proprietary 4 megapixel CMOS image sensor (2048 x 1952), this
series delivers high speeds as well as high resolution imaging. The Phantom
v2640 won the 2018 gold-level vision systems design innovators award for
vision research, the v2640 and v1840 reaches a very high standard within
the vision system field.
These models leverage Correlated Double Sampling (CDS) for low noise
and high dynamic range operation that can be switched off for higher throughput.
CDS creates clean images in dark regions, similarly Bright Field Mode
increases the Full Well thus creating cleaner images in bright conditions.
The Phantom v2640 and v1840 have a low noise rating and high dynamic
range (64dB). Furthermore, they're compatible with the Phantom CineMag
IV and V media storage systems and includes 10Gb Ethernet.
