The VA50/51 provide end users and system integrators with a very high performance, compact machine vision solution for line scan applications. This product is designed for tasks such as cylindrical unwrapping, large format imaging of moving surfaces or continuous web inspection.
The VA50/51 provides two Cameralink camera inputs that allow you to image and inspect from two different cameras simultaneously with unlimited resolution which affords flexibility in design and upgrade options as your application needs change. They are fitted with hard drives for image storage and offer full connectivity via 10/100/1000 ethernet, 2x USB, 1x RS232 and digital I/O. They are setup locally at the unit with connections for Keyboard, Mouse and Monitor.
The VA50/51 provide the timing Inputs and Outputs for synchronizing linescan cameras to the speed of the moving part or surface. The 24V compatible I/O is broken out to removable screw terminal connectors or opto-isolation modules.
