| Overview |
ActiVision Tools is based on HALCON from MVTec Software GmbH and thus
inherits the speed, robustness, accuracy, and real-time capability of
HALCON. The difference between these two products
is outlined below.
ActiVisionTools is a quick and efficient application creator with an easy-to-use
graphical interface that can be integrated into any production process
by directly supporting digital I/O boards, and incorporating interfaces
to more than 50 frame grabbers and hundreds of industrial cameras.
The tools are a set of ActiveX controls with programmable interface and
the package's open software architecture is extensible and scalable to
fit all needs.
