Back to Bitflow Frame Grabbers
The world's first universal analog camera interface combines flexible multi-camera
capabilities with proven system interface technology. A single Raven board can
accept up to four simultaneous camera inputs. And for application flexibility,
the Raven works with all analog cameras -- not only standard-scan RS170/CCIR monochrome
as well as high quality RGB color cameras, but also non-standard types such as
line-scanners, progressive-scan, and high-performance dual-tap cameras.
- Flexible scatter/gather bus master DMA architecture
- Acquires directly into system memory with no latency or CPU usage
- Variable-scan: line scan / progressive area scan / dual-tap
- Standard-scan: RS-170 / CCIR
- 40MHz input channels
- Acquisition from four synchronized cameras
- Acquisition window and frame reset control
- Per channel strobe, encoder and asynchronous reset
- Acquires image sizes up to 512K by 32K (vertical size is unlimited for line
scan cameras)
- Accepts pixel clock, line enable and frame enable
- Provides clock output from 0 to 24MHz
- User-programmable camera controls and general purpose output signals
- Trigger and encoder inputs
- Multiple trigger modes
- Camera specific cabling and configuration files for popular industrial cameras
