PHANTOM MIRO AIRBORNE
HD (monochrome or colour) for high-resolution, high-g,
airborne applications
With its balance of resolution, speed,
light-sensitivity and non-volatile memory, the compact, lightweight and
rugged Phantom Miro HD camera has all that is needed in a high-speed digital
imaging system for airborne applications.
With its CMOS ISO 12232 rating of 640 (monochrome), the camera performs
with a level of light-sensitivity required in high-seed imaging applications.
Access to all 10-bits of grayscale information brings out the detail in
shadows that result from uncontrollable and constantly changing lighting
situations. The 1920 x 1080 resolution and a maximum full-resolution frame
rate of 335 fps, ensures that a setting can be found to match all airborne
imaging needs.
| Other
characteristics |
| Low shutter speeds |
Objects can be frozen in motion
and blur eliminated and details exposed in order to perform successful
motion analysis |
| Two types of memory |
Volatile memory for high-speed image capture - 4GB option. After
capture, the images can be copied automatically to removable non-volatile
8GB memory for safe storage |
| Easy checking pre-mission |
Connect to standard analog video monitor to check camera status
prior to mission. |
| Ground-station monitoring |
Live video capture can be fed into the aircraft's telemetry system
for ground-station monitoring |
| Shock resistant |
High-g status ensures excellent images even at 40gs of shock. |
| Humidity-controlled |
All internal electrical components are conformally coated to protect
against damp/humid environments and condensation. |
