The CV-A80CL is a colour CMOS camera with HDTV resolution for industrial applications. The 2/3" 1920 x 1080 pixel sensor is capable of speeds of 60 frames per second at full resolution and features 5 micron pixels for good sensitivity.
The rolling shutter snap-shot trigger allows for capturing images-on-demand, in conjunction with a strobe light (e.g. LED flash). The camera has a sync output for precisely controlling the timing of an external light source or other external device that requires synchronization. The CV-A80CL outputs raw bayer and so colour interpolation is performed on the host PC. A Camera Link interface ensures high speed data transfer and carries camera control signals.
The CV-A80CL uses little power and is suitable for low power consumption and cost effective industrial vision applications.
