The BB-500CL is a colour Camera Link camera with QSXGA resolution ideal for demanding industrial applications. The 2456 x 2058 pixel sensor is capable of speeds of 15 full resolution frames per second in continuous mode and higher frame rates with Partial Scan or Binning.
The BB-500CL is part of Jai's C3 (Camera Core Concept) family which offers one core concept, one interface (Camera Link) and one simple choice. This versatile and flexible model features in the basic section of the C3 family and so offers superb thermal management and pre-processing, multi-tap imager support and a common housing size for easy camera exchange. This camera offers pre-processing functions such as white balance, LUT for compensating lighting condition and a blemish compensation function.
A user-friendly Graphical User Interface (GUI), provided as part of the camera's extensive Software Development Kit (SDK), allows users to control all camera functions easily. Changes to the acquisition mode of the camera automatically update the API for easy image acquisition.
