The uEye UI-2250RE-CM is a colour CCD camera with UXGA resolution offering extremely high imaging performance for industrial applications. With a 1600 x 1200 pixel resolution it is capable of speeds of 12 frames per second at full resolution and higher frame rates with Binning, Subsampling or Area Of Interest (AOI). The ultra-high resolution and low noise CCD sensor in this camera features square pixels, a global shutter for freezing motion and produces sharp, clear, high fidelity images. Its 4MB memory allows the UI-2250RE-CM to store up to 2 full size images on-board, giving it time to buffer images if the USB2 bus is busy.

The UI-2250RE-CM features a ruggedised housing which connects with the optional available lens tubes and so conforms to protection classes IP65 and IP67. This allows the camera to be used in even the most harsh environments and locations. Additional features include a trigger input for synchronisation to external events, strobe output for flash control and digital I/O for control of local devices. It can be used with C mount lenses ready for professional use.

With its USB 2.0 architecture, the UI-2250RE-CM is ideally suited for use with PC, Notebook and Embedded Systems in harsh and rugged environments. The UI-2250RE-CM is best suited to applications where the image is moving and where the image quality cannot be compromised.
