The uEye UI-2220-MM is a fast monochrome CCD camera with WVGA resolution offering a high quality image for industrial applications. With 768 x 576 pixel resolution it is capable of speeds of 52 frames per second full resolution or up to 100+ frames per second with binning or Area Of Interest (AOI). The CCD sensor is high quality, with square pixels and has a global shutter for freezing motion. With a pixel size of 8.3µm x 8.3µm, the UI-2220-MM offers high sensitivity and low noise images. Its 4MB memory allows the UI-2220-MM to store up to 9 full size images on-board, giving it time to buffer images if the USB2 bus is busy.

The UI-2220-MM features an ultra compact light weight industrialised housing with Mini-B USB and screwable Micro D-SUB connectors for operation in demanding industrial environments. Additional features include a trigger input for synchronisation to external events, strobe output for flash control and digital I/O for control of local devices. It can be used with C mount lenses ready for professional use.

With its USB 2.0 architecture, the UI-2220-MM is ideally suited for use with PC, Notebook and Embedded Systems in image processing and factory automation. The UI-2220-MM is best suited to applications where motion or low light levels are factors and where the image quality cannot be compromised.
