The AVT MARLIN F-131B NIR is a very compact CMOS progressive scan camera suitable for producing highly sophisticated images. The MARLIN F-131B NIR is capable of speeds of up to 25 frames per second at full resolution. It features the proven and easy to use FireWire (IEEE 1394a) interface for high performance imaging in demanding applications.
The MARLIN F-131B NIR offers a wide dynamic range with high sensitivity over both visible and near IR portions of the spectrum, making it well suited to applications involving widely varying light conditions, specialized targeting, or inspection of blemishes or defects not easily observed in the visible spectrum. The extensive built-in image processing possibilities (image pre-processing) result in outstanding image quality, reduced retouching, less CPU load and overall higher performance. The integrated Smart Functions enable the camera to take over essential functions of a frame-grabber. It can be easily integrated into existing applications thanks to its powerful and flexible API.
The AVT MARLIN F-131B NIR is particularly suited for use in industrial image processing and product automation.
