AVT GUPPY Camera

The AVT GUPPY F-025 is an ultra compact CCD interlaced scan camera with NTSC resolution capable of fitting into very tight spaces. Available in both monochrome (GUPPY F-025B ) and colour (GUPPY F-025C), the GUPPY F-025 is capable of speeds of up to 30 frames per second (60 fields per second) at full resolution. It features the proven and easy to use FireWire (IEEE 1394a) interface for high performance imaging in demanding applications. With a pixel area of 9.6µm x 7.5µm the GUPPY F-025 gives high sensitivity and low noise images.

The extensive built-in image processing possibilities (image pre-processing) result in outstanding image quality, reduced retouching, less CPU load and overall higher performance. The integrated Smart Functions enable the camera to take over essential functions of a frame-grabber. It can be easily integrated into existing applications thanks to its powerful and flexible API.

The AVT GUPPY F-025 is particularly suited for use in industrial image processing and product automation, space-constrained applications and weight limited situations.
